In the morning we had a great presentation on seat belt safety! We learned the importance of wearing a seat belt and saw what could happen in a roll over if we didn't wear one. We also got to walk through the police car!
In the afternoon we learned about fire safety and what to do in case of a fire. Stop, drop, cover your face, and roll! We also learned not to hide from fire fighters, even though their safety gear is kind of scary. Homework: talk to your family about a meeting place.
