Guest Speakers

Mrs. D., our hearing specialist, just returned from a wedding in the lower 48 and brought back some AMAZING leaves that we don't have in Alaska! Although we learned about oak and maple leaves, we had the opportunity to see the REAL THING! Thank you Mrs. D. for sharing!!

Mr. Hanley also came to our classroom to talk about school rules and the importance of being respectful. The class was so excited to have Mr. Hanley come visit us!

"What is today?"

I asked the class what today was and one of the boys raised his hand and said, "It's the first episode of the new season of 'The Biggest Loser'!" He was so sincere too! I was looking for the answer, "Tuesday." LOL! He was right though, today was the first episode of Biggest Loser. :-)
